Based in Denver, Colorado, MegaStar Financial believes in giving back to the community in which we live and work. ANITA PADILLA-FITZGERALD MegaStar Financial Corp. (MFC) Founder/President/CEO

• Megastar Financial Corp (MFC) was founded in 1999 on the principle of serving retail loan officers committed to customers and referral partners through adherence to four promises we have made to our customers since opening day. 
• MFC is a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, VA, USDA, and HUD-approved retail mortgage banker doing business in 21 states.
• MegaStar Financial has been highlighted as a strong, accountable lender by FOX National Business News, the Denver Post, and Denver Business Journal.  MFC has held a Gold Star Award from the Better Business Bureau since 2003.
• Prior to MFC, Mrs. Padilla-Fitzgerald was President/CEO of First City Financial Corp. (FCFC), a Denver-based lender, and was one of 10 original employees of Denver-based Cherry Creek Mortgage Company (CCMC).
• Mrs. Padilla-Fitzgerald is or has served on the Colorado Lenders Board of Governors and was appointed by the Governor to serve as a board member on the Colorado Housing Finance Authority Board, the Colorado I have a Dream Foundation and FirstBank.
• In addition to MegaStar Financial Corp, she founded and is the CEO of MegaStar Holdings and Take3Tech.

SCOTT PIEPER EVP - Chief Operating Officer - Megastar Holdings

Mr. Pieper is responsible for corporate and strategic management for MegaStar Holdings, which oversees all of the MegaStar companies. He manages the capital and treasury needs of MegaStar Financial Corp., Take Three Technologies, MegaStar Holding Services. Additionally, he provides strategic analysis to MegaStar’s President & CEO.

Mr. Pieper was one of the initial employees of the company in April 2000 and has been intimately involved in the development of many of the systems and procedures used by the company today.

Prior to joining MegaStar, Mr. Pieper was with Wells Fargo Bank in Commercial Banking and Asset Based Finance for 12 years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated with honors from the University of Denver.

Rebecca Lorenz - Vice President, Sales and Production

Rebecca Lorenz began her career in the mortgage industry in 1999. In the 21 years since then, she has devoted her time to helping those she works with reach their personal and production goals.

In 2011, Rebecca began to apply the revolutionary teachings of Ninja Selling to both her professional career and personal life. Today, she is a Master Ninja Mortgage Instructor and Coach, working closely with both individuals and teams to help others grow their production and cultivate a better work/life balance. She is fully invested in each loan officer and treats their business with as much care as if it were her own. Rebecca’s positivity and passion are contagious to everyone who has the privilege to work with her. An incredible inspiration and coach, she continues to transform those around her for the better each and every day.

When she isn’t busy helping others, Rebecca can be found living her best life and enjoying the many outdoor wonders our beautiful state of Colorado has to offer.
